1. Give us a call, toll free: 1-888-626-9293 or email us your request at contact@eyeglassrepair.ca. On a piece of paper write down your full name, date and a very breif description of the issue with your glasses/sunglasses. Kindly ensure that you do not send us your credit card information

2. Either ship your glasses with its hard case, or use bubble wrap to secure your fames. Ensure that all broken pieces are included in the shipping. Also, please ensure your lenses are shipped too (either separated from the frame or intact with the frame)

3. To ensure minimal shipping costs, your shippment should weight less than 500 grams (usually, glasses and frames together weight under 200 grams)

4. You can use cushion envelopes or small cardboard cylinder tubes (both usually found at the post office) to ship your frames

5. The value of your shipment should be equal to the cost of the repair. Please ensure you write "Broken eyeglasses for repair" on the outside package slip. And of course check that your return address is stated on the package
