1. Give us a call, toll free: 1-888-626-9293 or eMail us your request. On a piece of paper write down your full name as well as a breif description of the repair job. Make sure you do not send us your credit card details.
2. Either ship your glasses with its glasses carring case, or use bubble wrap to secure your fames. Ensure that all broken pieces are shipped. Please ensure your lenses are shipped too (either separated from the frame or intact with the frame).
3. To ensure minimal shipping costs, ensure your frames and case weight less than 500 grams (usually, glasses and frames together weight under 200 grams).
4. You can use cushion envelopes or small cardboard cylinder tubes (both usually found at the post office) to ship your frames.
5. The value of your shipment should be equal to the cost of the repair.
